What is the Status Page?

The Linnworks Status Page, available at status.linnworks.com, is a live dashboard that shows the current health of Linnworks services. It helps you quickly check if issues you are experiencing are system-wide or specific to your account or setup.


Ways to Access the Status Page

You can open the Status Page in two ways:

  • Direct link: Visit status.linnworks.com in any browser.
  • From Within the Linnworks.net Application: Click the Question Mark (?) icon in the side menu. Select System status to be taken directly to the Status Page.


What You’ll Find on the Status Page

  • Current System Status
    • A real-time overview of core Linnworks services (e.g., database, synchronization, shipping and printing).
    • Each service is marked as Operational, Degraded Performance, Partial Outage, Major Outage, or Maintenance.
  • Incident Reports
    • Details about ongoing or past incidents.
    • Includes updates from the Linnworks team, time of occurrence, and resolution notes.
  • Maintenance Notices
    • Information on upcoming maintenance windows.
    • Lets you prepare for temporary service interruptions in advance.


How to Use the Status Page

  1. Check Current Status: If Linnworks isn’t working as expected, first look at the Current Status overview at the top of the page to see if a known issue is affecting services.


  2. Read Incident Updates: If an outage is reported, open the Incident Report at the bottom of the page to see what is affected and the progress of the resolution. You can also view the Incident History section to retrospectively review past incidents.


  3. Plan Around Maintenance: Review scheduled maintenance to avoid disruptions during key business activities.
  4. Stay Informed: Subscribe to status updates to receive alerts without having to check the page manually.
