The problem seems to be with Magento (or at least we think)

We have applied the solution above and it now sync's although I'm not 100% sure if the above is necessary but it has fixed things for the time being.
We are also having this issue with the new Magento 1.9.3 update and currently have a ticket open - causing quite an issue as we arehaving to manually build orders in Linnworks.

Magento have recently released an update, fine we thought, it has never been a problem in the past.
Now we get the following error and orders won't download.
Support ticket has been open since Monday but no response and obviously as many know, phones don't get answered.
I did manage to speak with someone on the Live Chat but this has just resulted in our ticket being passed to someone else.
