Wanted some help.
We used to be a big seller and for the past 10 years, have always used packetpost, manually creating the royal mail invoice at the end.
Now we have to send everything with a tracking number so want to ( have no choice) but to use the 2D royal mail thing
I literally have no idea where to start, are there any step by step guides that someone can point me too?
1. Does this also mean we need to say an item is large letter or packet before we print it?
2. sometimes we print labels in bulk but don't dispatch until the next day, is this okay? assuming we are billed automatically every time a label is printed but would we get in trouble for shipping the next day?
