I have a word press site with woo commerce and keep getting error 401 trying to link my site

I am running Windows Server 2012 on VPS using Plesk

I have attached the error linnworks support is giving they can't really help me more then that and have also attache the error from plesk

I have tried regenerating the key nothing helps

Any Ideas PLEASE PLEASE

My site is going live next week
