Problem

When printing a Prime (ZPL) label using Amazon Buy Shipping occasionally the label is printed with an incorrect resolution and does not fully fit on the label.

Solution

Labels generated by Amazon Buy Shipping are not being resized on Linnworks end prior to being sent to the printer.

Usually the ZPL labels generated by Amazon are being returned with the following density: 8 dpmm (203 dpi) and they correctly fit on a 6 x 4 inch label.

However occasionally the ZPL file is being returned with 12 dpmm (300 dpi) density, and with regular printer settings (8 dpmm (203 dpi)) will only be partly printed - bottom and right part of the label will be cut off.

Since the label is not being resized in Linnworks, you would need to switch the label template from ZPL to RAW, as that would produce a label with correct resolution. This can be done via Linnworks.net > Shipping > Integrations > Amazon Buy Shipping > Printer > Template > RAW.
