After adding UK Mail shipping integration to Linnworks, the services are not loading in the 'Services' tab, and an error 'Could not get available services' is returned:


Double check that credentials entered in the integration config in Linnworks can be used to log in to the iConsign website:

If the credentials work, but upon login, there is an error that no accounts are assigned, please contact UK Mail and ask them to add the accounts.

In case if credentials used for UK Mail in Linnworks do not work, please try to reset the password directly on iConsign or contact UK Mail and ask them to set up access to the iConsign website.
