Printing Amazon Buy Shipping label you might get the following error:
Error GetEligibleShippingService: Selected service ***** for this order is not available for this consignment. Available services as: NONE. Get shipping quote to see all available services.

This error printing means that the shipping service you are trying to use is not available for this order. Amazon returns a list of available services, but the one assigned to your order is not there. To see all services available for this order you can click Get Quotes which will show you all services returned from Amazon.


If no services are returned, please check which services are shown as available on Amazon Seller Central (Seller Central > Orders > Manage orders > Find the order > Order details > Buy Shipping).



If services are showing in Seller Central but not in Linnworks, you need to check the following:

  1. Dimensions and weight are identical in Linnworks and Seller Central.

  2. If service on Seller Central is showing as a signature one, make sure ‘Delivery Confirmation with Signature’ option is enabled in integration Config.

  3. If there are only DPD services showing on Seller Central, please make sure to enable ‘Delivery Confirmation with Signature’ option as well because all DPD services are confirmed with signature.

  4. If there are some services other than Amazon Shipping/Logistics, Royal Mail or DPD then you may need to enable ‘Include Drop offs’ option in integration Config. Enabling this option means that drop-off services will be requested from Amazon.

  5. If after checking the above there are still no quotes, please check if Quotes tab in Shipping integration screen has this option disabled:
