Orders Status needs to be mapped for orders to be downloaded. This needs to be done in Settings > Channel integration > BigCommerce channel settings > Order status mapping.
Status 'Awaiting Shipment' means that the order has been pulled and packaged, and is awaiting collection from a shipping provider. Normally, this is the one to be mapped in Linnworks:
Only orders which are mapped to 'Paid' will be downloaded.
If you would like to ship a part of the order and before it has been fully paid, you can download it to the system by mapping relevant statuses. You can find more information on BigCommerce status here.
