Linnworks will mark orders as despatched on BigCommerce if order status mapping is done in Settings > Channel Integration > Edit Channel Details > Order > Order Status Mapping. You can select which status you want to set for the order on BigCommerce after processing it in Linnworks, typically it's either 'Completed' or 'Shipped'.
In the example below, after processing an order in Linnworks, a despatch notification will be submitted to the channel and the order status on BigCommerce will be updated to 'Completed'.
