The problem occurs when someone logs into your iConsign between the time of booking a collection and the time of trying to print a label. Logging into iConsign generates a new authentication token which means the authentication token stored in Linnworks is no longer valid.
There are 2 solutions:
- Go to Settings - > Shipping Management -> UK Mail. From there click on the Test Button. It will generate a new token. You may resume the label printing.
- Set up an additional account login for iConsign so then you don't have to use the same details as stored in Linnworks. That means logging into iConsign will no longer have any effect on the token stored in Linnworks.
