Most of our products are light and bulky, so we get charged on the volume weight by the couriers.

Does anyone know how I can get eBay to use the volume weight instead of the actual weight?

I'm guessing you're purchasing shipping labels from eBay? If you are, I think you'd be better off having an account directly with a shipping courier.
