New Support Center and Forum

Welcome to the new Linnworks Support Center and Forum!

Please note that the old forum will no longer be updated, however it is still available in read-only mode and can be accessed here.

We will be adding more solutions due course. Relevant solutions will be auto suggested during a ticket creation thereby saving valuable time and effort for you.

Please can someone rethink the "Awesome" rating for support tickets when closed... I'm not a cheerleader and without belabouring the UK stereotype, you will find that most Brits would rather rate, even excellent support responses, as "Just OK" because such an over the top tag as "Awesome" just doesn't sit well with us.

I'd hate to think your support metrics would suffer simply because of over enthusiastic labels...

I read somewhere that if you click from within Linnworks.net then it will log you into the support centre automatically. Handy. However, is there a way to login without going through .net? I'm accessing this on a phone and don't see anywhere to register and my LW credentials don't work. Wrote this in a separate topic and probably should've added it here instead. Feel free to delete other topic.

Fergus,

You can request for a password to access the Support Center directly.

This can be done here - https://help.linnworks.com/support/login

Thanks for the link. Just to let you know I've had a pretty good look around and I can't find a link to do that from a phone (ie mobile view) so other users may face the same issue.

Could be worse... there could be a "share" button with "Tell all your friends on Facebook" :-)

I am liking the new forum Ivan :) so much cleaner than the old forum.

Support is appalling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, have to wait 24 hrs before a reply that guides you to a link

Totally appalled

With the old forums I could click on a "New posts since last visit". Is there anyway to do that with this system? I'm finding myself scanning the topics to see when the last post was, and so finding it less useful for finding new information out.

Kevin,

There is no such functionality here. However, you can follow the forum topics in order to receive email notifications when some one replies.

I'll raise this as a feature request with Freshdesk (our support center provider).
